We also accept e-money orders, which can be purchased and paid for at participating local stores, as well as cashier’s checks brought directly to the leasing office.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. For residents who need additional payment flexibility, Champions Apartments partners with Flex, which may allow eligible residents to split their rent into two payments throughout the month. Flex eligibility, enrollment requirements, and fees apply and are determined by Flex. Please contact our leasing team or Flex for current program details.

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Residents are responsible for all applicable utility costs.
